2025 China Automation Conference

The China Automation Conference is a large-scale comprehensive academic conference in the field of automation, information, and intelligent technology, hosted by the Chinese Society of Automation. The 2025 China Automation Conference, hosted by the Chinese Society of Automation and organized by Harbin Engineering University, will be held in Harbin from October 10-12, 2025. Its aim is to provide a high-end academic platform for experts, scholars, and industry colleagues in the fields of automation, information, and intelligent technology worldwide to showcase innovative achievements and look forward to future development, strengthen the cross disciplinary integration of different disciplines, and lead the development of automation, information, and intelligent science and technology.

Scope of Submission

This conference features multiple featured forums and over 30 essay writing fields. We warmly welcome scientific and technological workers engaged in research in related fields from universities, research institutes, and enterprises and institutions across the country to actively submit articles. We particularly hope to collect academic papers or long abstracts that reflect the research characteristics of each unit.

Submission requirements for academic papers

1 . The submission has not been publicly published and possesses authenticity and originality. The paper should not involve state secrets;

2. Any submitted paper that is accepted without any special declaration shall be deemed to have agreed to authorize publication;

3. The length of both Chinese and English papers is limited to 4-6 pages. Please download the manuscript format from the conference website by yourself;

4. Submission must be made through the online submission system, which will officially open on February 1st.

Long abstract submission requirements

1. The long abstract should include the research background and significance, main research work, experiments or simulations, and conclusions.

2. Long abstract papers will be included in the academic collection, but will not be indexed by IEEEXplore, EI, CNKI, etc. Published results can also be submitted.

3. The length of the long abstract should not exceed 4 pages.

4. The registration fee for long abstract papers is the same as that for regular papers.

Publication of papers

The conference will publish the CAC2025 paper collection (USB version). All English papers from previous conferences since 2013 have been included in IEEEXplore and indexed by EI. After expert review, some outstanding papers from this conference will be recommended to the IEEE/CAA Journal of Automation Sina Digital Communications and Networks、 Published in authoritative SCI/EI journals such as the Journal of Automation, the Journal of Intelligent Science and Technology, and the Journal of Harbin Engineering University.
